Jeetle uses a very good concept of reverse auctioning where the bidders, if playing carefully can get the desired product at around 50-60% of the original price. Website of Jeetle is very easy to navigate and with attractive features it is better than other reverse auction bidding sites in India. Other good thing is the bidding points which r credited to bidders account when he puts some amount in his account and if you are involved in large bids it can easily save you up to 3-4k rupees.
Product mix is good as is expected with some products which interest youth like me for e.g. smartphones and Playstations and other of family interests like refrigerators, cooktop and LCD or Plasma televisions.
The toughness of the game varies as per the product which is undergoing auction. For e.g. a thing like DVD player which does not attract many bids can easily close in under 5 rupees and you gain a lot if u choose your strategy carefully. Toughness increases if the product involved attracts many bids like smartphones or Playstation which many youth want. Last time PS3 went for auction at 3.14 rupees and this time my winning bid went up to 48.61 which was rather surprising as I had hoped it would be under 30 rupees even if becomes extremely competitive.
